About The Star Path Project
Because every star deserves to shine.
Our Story
This organization was born from a simple but powerful belief: if children are given resources early and taught how to understand and manage their emotions in positive ways, they will grow into adults who are stronger, more resilient, and better prepared to navigate life.
As our founder has witnessed, therapy and emotional education don’t just help people cope. They build self-awareness, improve relationships, and give us the tools we need to thrive. The Star Path Project was created in 2025 with the dream of ensuring every child has access to that kind of support from the very beginning.
Mission Statement
We are dedicated to supporting children’s mental health by raising awareness, providing resources, and creating programs that nurture resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.
Our Vision
We envision a world where every child grows up in an environment that nurtures their emotional well-being, where conversations about mental health are open and stigma-free, and where families, schools, and communities work together to ensure no child struggles alone.
At The Star Path Project, our work begins with creating age-appropriate conversations about mental health, equipping children with coping tools like mindfulness, journaling, and creative expression, and providing families with resources to support their child’s well-being. We also collaborate with schools and community partners to expand awareness and build supportive networks. Though we are just beginning, our vision is to grow these programs, develop Shine Within into a cornerstone initiative, and advocate for policies that make children’s mental health a priority in schools and communities. Together, these efforts lay the foundation for a future where every child feels supported, resilient, and able to shine with confidence.

Meet the Team
Arwah Khan
Founder
Hi, I’m Arwah! A 20-year-old college student currently studying Public Relations with a minor in Management. I’m also the founder of The Star Path Project, an organization dedicated to advocating for kids' mental health.
I’ve always loved working with kids and have been passionate about helping others for as long as I can remember. What truly inspired me to start this nonprofit is my strong belief that everyone can benefit from therapy, not just when we’re struggling, but as a tool for self-growth, reflection, and understanding. Therapy has the power to help us learn more about who we are and who we want to become, and I believe every child should have access to that kind of support early in life.
Currently, I’m in the early stages of establishing this nonprofit, but my vision is ambitious: I aim to create a safe and supportive space where children’s mental health is prioritized, openly discussed, and properly cared for. I know the impact that early support and understanding can have, and I want every child to know they’re not alone in what they’re feeling.
Balancing college life while building something from the ground up isn’t easy, but it’s what I’m most passionate about. Through my studies in PR and management, I’m learning how to communicate clearly, lead with purpose, and build something that lasts.
Thank you for being here and supporting a cause that means the world to me. Together, we can make mental health support for kids more accessible, accepted, and valued.
